Places more importance on city growth, bioengineered would otherwise be too strong.

Enemy Railroads count as roads.

Improvements and units are half cost before year 0.

Research is half cost after year 0.

[edit] Special Units

Whenever you're the first to build a certain building type, there is a 10% chance a special Engineer may appear.

  • Great Engineer
    • A0/D10/M2/HP20/FP1
    • Explorer
    • Infantry
    • Sacrifice him in a city to instantly complete an improvement or a wonder.
    • May build improvements as a double-speed Engineer

Whenever you're the first to research a tech, there is a 5% chance a special Scientist may appear.

  • Great Scientist
    • A0/D10/M2/HP20/FP1
    • Explorer
    • Infantry
    • Sacrifice him to instantly research a technology.

Whenever you are victorious in battle, there is a 1% chance a special General may appear.

  • Great General
    • A0/D10/M2/HP20/FP1
    • Explorer
    • Infantry
    • Sacrifice him in a city to instantly build an unit.
    • Whenever he is in a stack, killstack doesn't apply.
