From Freeciv

A turn-base and rpg fan. Some programming experience, but not in C. Hopes to one day make a totally different kind of civ. Also likes board-games and making them.

Has played (a lot of) civ 1,2,3, ctp 1 and 2, colonization, age of empires 1 and 2, alpha centauri, master of orion 1,2 and 3 (I gave up on 3 after my first try though), as well as diverse games such as Ceasar, Command and Conquer, Dialbo, Zelda (I really like zelda and all Japanese style rpg's) and countless rpgs. If I don't make a game or two, I'll look back when I'm 70 thinking I've wasted my life :P. (that or I just had a lot of fun)

Encourages any outrageous ideas and hopes freeciv will one day out-class and out-surpass any commercial civ game (freeciv 99.0.0 having the capability to turn into a 3D first person shooter, or anything else, simply by editting the rulesets), and not just because it's free. Many of his ideas probably won't be implemented until freeciv has a 'horde' of programmers or until, far more likely, he learns C himself.
