Useless pageEdit

Most of ports and project are outdated or(and) dosn't work. Some have wrong pages. Most of the rest are other projects weakly connected with FreeCiv. So better is to creat on this page a list of new (current) ideas. Look at http://forum.freeciv.org/viewtopic.php?t=1983. We can also add page link/friends /simillar OS games.

Cleaning part 1Edit

I throw away some of unlinked stuff and catecorized rest of them. I'm not sure should I trow away outdated stuff or make small table at the bottom of the page.

I moved related Games to Related Links section.
