I think it should be explained how engineers can change land to ocean and visa versa. It took me quite some time to figure out that only swamp can be terraformed to ocean, and that swamps can only be created via a forest!. It's not at all intuitive to guess that terraforming ocean squares can only happen if the engineer is in a transport. No other unit, (that i know of) can do anything while sitting in a transport.
