Hi!

I made a new civilization: Murcians. Murcia is in south-east of spain, Capital is Murcia. Cartagineses founded Chartago Nova (now called Cartagena) in -277 by asdrubal. Is know that fenicians and greeks use the port. In the mediterranean, Romans, Arabians an Carthagineses "foot on this land".

Where can i upload the ruleset, flags, ...?
