Radical idea for handling localized news: don't localize news. Localized main pages should be redesigned to not include a news section at all. Thoughts? --Hima 08:08, 28 February 2007 (UTC)

I don't think this is a good idea, and it goes against the goal of internationalisation. Rather, it should be a good idea to include the english news in the "news section" of each language, until the news is translated. I think I can do something to do this more or less automatically, I'll try to make it as soon as I'll have some time (well, if Wikia includes everything I need, though). -Ash Crow 08:54, 28 February 2007 (UTC)
Hmm, Why is the french Freeciv site on a different wiki than the others ? I think it would be much easier to make it work if everything is on the same freeciv wiki ! -Ash Crow 22:02, 28 February 2007 (UTC)
When a language has about 20 pages of content, it gets its own wiki. It's easier to manage the wiki that way. --Hima 00:51, 1 March 2007 (UTC)
