Forgive my ignorance, as I don't know anything about programming or coding. I think the Android mobile phone operating system is based on Linux, and I see that there are some Linux packages of FreeCiv. Would it be extremely difficult to port FreeCiv to the Android operating system? I'm pretty sure I would play a lot if I had FreeCiv on my phone.

Plus you might be able to make some ad revenue, and maybe charge a buck or something equally minimal to get rid of the ads.

Anyhow, I just wanted you to know that I would be excited about FreeCiv for Android. Any chance of this happening?
