Hi all, I compile 2.1.0-beta4 SDL client, but russian locale not work.. in 2.1.0-beta3 too. In Gtk client all normal. This is screenshot: image Locale is ru_RU.UTF-8. How to do locale in SDLClient? 89.0.5.70 18:34, 25 May 2007 (UTC)
- This is because the SDL client's font doesn't support Cyrillic in those versions. You can change the font in themes/gui-sdl/human/theme.themespec to one that does. As of 2.1.0-beta7 (yet to be released at the time of writing) Freeciv will be shipped with a font that does support Cyrillic as well as Greek, Arabic, and Hebrew scripts. --Hima 12:01, 25 September 2007 (UTC)
