I just tried to report a very annoying bug in freeciv 2.1.16 GTK2 Win23 at bugs@freeciv.org, but it came back as undeliverable.
Summary of bug: When maximized the screen doesn't refresh (properly), leaving multiple artifacts of windows or not responding to (for example) function keys to bring up a report. Freeciv crashed after a few years gameplay (no log in eventvwr). Perhaps not related to the screen refresh problem.
